I leaned about the difference between good and bad debt, the cost of debt, and the important factors that go into buying (and then owning) a home. Along with Describe the different types of mortgages and identify under what circumstances each would be appealing.

The course is getting boring as instructors talked with a monotone. There should be more illustrations. Examples are very simple.
