Sadly, the lecturer is very hard to understand. He finishes basically every sentence with "right?", which is only one of the reasons that the videos are really hard to watch. It seems like the lectures weren't really thought out. I paid the course fee directly at the beginning, otherwise I would never have paid a cent for this.

I recently completed the Mergers and Acquisitions Specialization by the University of Illinois through Coursera. The course was challenging and enriching, offering deep insights into valuation, deal structuring, and financial modeling. Amazing Course. I only add more setp-by-step excel details to follow in a more accurate way the instructor. Sometimes the assumptions change really fast and follow exercises are tough due the explanation and changes made.

Prof. Almeida provides in this course, a complete teaching on how create and Think on an M&A and LBO deal, knowledge that can be usefull for everyone wants to start a career in this Industry.

The course covers the hard and soft aspects in detail that are involved in M&A in structured manner. It was amazing learning them, heading for subsequent courses offered in this series.

You get dizzy trying to figure out what spreadsheet we downloaded he is referencing. Way too fast reading slides. I am out. It becomes frustrating and learning isn't fun anymore.
