While a wealth of metrics can support agile teams, such as those measuring team health and collaboration, we will primarily focus on key product development metrics in this module. We will identify key metrics, explore their typical uses, and understand their impact on agile teams. We'll also examine metrics for product value, workflow efficiency, product quality, and software delivery.
