Great self paced tutorial. Easy to comprehend topics and principles. Quizzes are good method for understanding concepts. You are able to retake final exam and quizzes until you master the material.

I will definitely say most of the lectures and videos which are shown in this course, were quite interesting. But what I felt lacking was there was no smooth transition between the legal aspects and the other part of negotiations and left quite a few people (supported by other reviews) confused. Also, the quizzes including the final one were designed almost as if it expected you to buy the coursebook, without which it will become quite difficult to pass, they were quite ambiguous.

I have mixed feelings about this course. I notice that a lot of courses like these in US colleges are incredibly glorified. The professor sounds knowledgeable, I have to admit. The material, however, seems mostly like common sense. Most of it is life skills that you simply pick up over time. Just like business courses, people love to label everything concept or process with some kind of nice sounding term to make it look professional or whatever. Also, very boring.

On the Certificate - Name of the participant should be captured. At the end of the day, some of the participants are actively seeking job and not only skills learnt can be applied in their daily and workplace practice but also help them to attain job. Hope this comment make sense. Thank you.

The length of the videos are too long . The content was so interesting . The practice quiz was not too challenging and final exam was too ambiguous . During the session the examples could be added .

Slow and poor material, you could just avoid all the amazon books suggestions and buy twwo books to learn everything.

Repetitive and stating the obvious from all sorts of angles. But this may be usual for business classes.

When I wanted to complete the Pat and Tracy negotiation about The House on Elm Street I found sexually abusive images in the discussion form.
I am afraid of sharing my personal email ID/credentials in open forum there.
I wan to withdraw from the course as this is not safe here and want my complete money back.
Regards,
Dipak

The course is based on readings that you need to do from a book written by the person who is teaching the course. So he is actually selling his book here. There aren't much videos so this is actually not the format for an online course that I was expecting to see here.

The video for this course doesn't open at all. Just keep research to be open and never get open. I am having a lot of trouble to continue the next chapter.
