I enjoyed this course a lot I didn't know how the outcome would be for me. But I gave it a shot. I listened to all of the videos and did every step that was required of me to do. And even did When I did the last assessment. I thought about turning it in later. But I submitted my work right away. After everything was counted for. I was happy that I passed my CVS Customer Service Role.

really helpful and great to add to a resume/CV, i think doing this course and adding it to my CV has genuinely helped, i now have 2 job interviews lined up and this has prepared me and helped me get them.

this course also is a great way to learn about being in a call center or a customer service role

me gusto mucho el curso, es facil de llevar ademas que aprendi muchisimo, el unico comentario negativo es que la traduccion no era certera y las simulaciones no se traducian a español pero en general un curso muy bueno
