This course gives an optimum outlook to what all Project Management entails in terms of foundations. There is a scope for providing some slice of life examples which will come handy in the Capstone as well.

The material is very useful for an industry professional who wants to start focusing as a project manager. The definitions and methodologies explained are very helpful in starting and completing a project.
