Excellent course on Quality improvement and Safety in Healthcare. Useful insights on the promotion of a QI culture and the building of a "Learning Organisation". Very Helpful introduction to the attributes of successful leadership and the traits required to make a leader.

While some of the reading references are a bit dated, I learned a lot of directly applicable quality and safety skills in addition to some basic concepts. I feel that I now have a framework to approach some quality improvement projects and will feel comfortable doing so.

This class was excellent! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. This was class recommended by my employer that I found very informative. I love self pace classes that allow private and quiet conducive learning! Thank you.
