This is a great introductory course. I love the Demos and the module assessments.

I was expecting an updated course on salesforce in 2025, but it was worth it the information provided was accurate and useful, it has started from basics but a lot of basics are still not included in this course so I would like to recommend visiting trailhead and fill any gaps for the original credentials.

Having all the courses read by AI and moving at the speed of AI wasn't helpful. The long practice tests at the end have clearly been written by AI and the grammar is so bad the questions are confusing and/or illegible. I already completed the Saleforce trailmix for Administrator, so this was helpful as a review, for picking up things I missed or forgot, and to provide me practice quizzes and tests to use to study better.

I did go through the whole course, the content has a bad quality, many topics are shuffled within other topics and also repeated several times. The content was not done by a native english speaker, but the voice could be of one. The partial exams are good, but in 2026ish big chunks of themes are missing from the real exam which I did not pass due to the lack of Agentforce content. But still if you go to the trailmix for that content it is outdated (from salesforce too) I would honestly not recommend this course. It made me loose valuable time preparing for the exam. And it is only partially useful to someone with years of experience because it is a refresher of some valuable things for the exam. But never for a new comer to salesforce.

I've never had such a disappointing experience with a course on Coursera. Firstly, the script and voice over, for the entire course, is full of grammar and pronunciation errors. Secondly, the material, in no way, goes into the depth required to pass the certification exam. It's not even close. Lastly, the "practice" exams are full of poorly written sentences. Some of the questions don't even make sense. In one case, one question had an answer that you couldn't even select because it was part of the text of the prior answer. If it were possible, I would want my money refunded.

This is horrible. The final Test asks so many questions that were never covered that are so complex there's no way you could understand the test and complete it because they don't cover the material. Many of the answers on the set one test have duplicate answers, The grammar is horrible on many of the questions as well
