Well thought our, put together and highly impactful HR course which I found very enlightening and innovative. Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate how to apply for my certificate having completed the course. Kindly help on how to apply for my certificate. Thank you.
The course is short and is giving general overview of Strategic HRM. The examples and case studies are all about big companies such as Google, IBM, Unilever. While it's interesting and helpful to learn about practices implemented in those giant companies with competitive compensation packages, it would also be beneficial to include some examples of SMB scale companies. We need to be realistic and understand that not all companies are of a Google scale. In discussion propmt, the questions were from another lesson - Interior Design, i guess. Overall, it was good to refresh some topics in the memory. The course is for beginners, obviously.

This was a pretty good course. I enjoyed the quizzes and the content was good. Word of caution the training did mention DEI so it could be offensive and trigger some individuals. I would highly recommend this course for Human Resource Managers and businessmen and women.
Very specific and real scenario-oriented course. Good for budding HR aspirants and for experienced HR managers to reinstate HR concepts and align to your personal goals. I really enjoyed the assignments and quizzes. I would recommend it to my fellow colleagues :)
