A good intro course. I have a bit of background in IT and troubleshooting so it was more of a refresher. I'm excited to get into the deeper dives because it seems as though the instructors care and give good info.

Great Course. I would really prefer if the Instructors would delve into the instresting stuff, instead of "chec it out in the next supplemental reading"....gets old after a while.

Other than that - I am very pleased!

Simple, which is perfect for the start. Pretty diverse in topics with easy to understand explanations, and real life examples. It was really exciting and I couldn't get enough. I love the practice part especially.

Very well put together! Easy to use and very easy to understand. It actually made me realize that I already knew some of the stuff presented here, but also some stuff that I need to focus a little bit more time on.

I find the subjects taught in this course invaluable. The instructors were all very passionate about what they teach & they were able to explain some of the complex concepts in a way that's very easy to understand.

Best Course for beginners just try to add more real life demonstrations so it would clarify much doubts of people wo are new to it. So it will be much familiar to them. The teaching of the instructors were awesome.

Great introduction into the world of technology in general. This gives you a good look into whether or not this type of work may be for you, and what kind of specialty you might be interested in once you get going.

It was a great introduction to Technical Support. It spent just enough time on each topic to give you a solid understanding of the basics, without getting you bogged down into too many details and overwhelming you.

I found it tough at times to understand what the teaching was, I now have a better understanding of IT and about my own dealings with my PC's and cell phones at home, I will be moving on to another course for sure!

I enjoy this program overall -- as a beginner this was laid out step-by-step and everything was easy to learn even binary. I learned a lot and working on building my own computer. Lol! Thanks for the opportunity.

This course was amazing I had a great experience in learning how a computer works its networking operating system trouble shooting and how to be prepared in the interview it was awesome the lectures were very good.

This course lays the ground work for the future classes. I enjoyed personal experiences and anecdotes they included to show the diversity included in working in IT. I look forward to taking the four other courses.

this is absolutely recommended for anyone interested in pursuing a career in IT support. I have been a professional in the industry for years now, and regardless I found new stuff to learn and ways to improve upon.

Best course out of any courses I have tried or come across on Coursera so far. That said I'm not just talking about this particular course. Any Google course is simply amazing at executive what it means to achieve.

thanks for this wonderfull stuff ,this course on internet all because of the technology and as i am a student this helped me a lot and covered up with basic steps .now this help me to move further in this IT field.

This course was very helpful to learning the fundamentals of IT Support topics and subject matter. I enjoyed the virtual machine labs and would have like to complete more exercises working within that environment.
