This is a great course! They teach the basics of Computer Science like 'what is a bit', 'how to build a computer from scratch' and etc. In the end, there is a section approaching the concepts of troubleshooting.

I have a quiestion, suposed i was finished my 2 level only the exam i will do it again, i check today and this level rith know look like is not done!! if i didnt done this level, i was didnt start the 3er level.

This is a very well structured and motivating course that helped me a lot when I decided to continue. Personal stories of people from different backgrounds meant a lot to me and I found a lot in them. Thank you.

Great course to get start giving me a good foundation for my future career in IT. Classes were not to difficult to navigate, and the lab was a little tricky at first, but the support team and video's were great.

This was a great course to get my feet wet. A couple of the Labs were a little buggy. It was nothing I couldn't handle, personally, though less tech-savvy users might have more trouble. Overall, great course.

Pretty general Information about the IT world, easy & fast to consume, with a real-life focus problem-solving and soft skills lessons, prepping for the job interview. Satisfied so far, definitely worth my time!

Great, concise, thorough instruction that was easy to follow and work at my own pace. I learned a lot about the technical side of a computer's hardware, and had a great refresher on the troubleshooting aspects.

I consider that the course is very good because it starts from scratch and has many and varied approaches, which enriches it. The human aspect of the course, whose essence is purely technical, is not neglected.

The course was very informational for people who are just getting started in the field. I would recommend to anyone wanting to gain a better understanding of what IT is and how it is a part of every day life.

It takes times to verify ID and,doesn't accept other IDs can't receive certification to share on Linkedin and the exchange of courses are terrible, once I access a course I can not access the other for review,

I would highly recommend this training for anyone who isn't familiar with computer technology and everything that surrounds it or for even those who are to brush up on what they know and things that they don't.

For someone who has been in the IT field for 4 years now really enjoyed this course just touching up on things I feel that I have forgotten over the years since they slip through and or not used all that often.

If possible, add Russian subtitles and please remove the tests in the middle of the video or put them at the end of the video. Tests in the middle of lessons distract and sometimes break off the teacher’s words
