A nicely paced introduction to the world of IT. The diverse team of instructors provide a very good introduction to the fundamentals - if interested in IT, and not sure where to start, this is a great place.

This course teaches the A-Z to help you get started with computing and learn about the IT field and how it works. Also, if you already know about IT, this course will help you brush up all your fundamentals.

It was an easy course to follow along with. The interactivity in the middle of the videos was a great way to keep focused make sure I understood what was being discussed. The labs were also fun to work with.

It was a good introduction so far. I was a bit concerned that the material was going to be "over my head," but the teachers were encouraging and the questions weren't something that need to be stressed over.

Great course, really enjoyed the content and material. Learned quite a bit. There were a few bugs in the labs and quizzes that should be worked out for future class participants but otherwise a great course.

This course is great for someone new to IT or anyone already in this field. I learned many new things and already implemented them at work. Really recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the basics of IT.

AWESOME COURSE! This provided great fundamentals and a great overview of what it would be like as an IT Support Specialist. I also enjoyed Week 6 where it teaches about troubleshooting and customer service.

This was an excellent, concise and rounded hands on exposure course to Technical Support Fundamentals. It definitely covered major areas like laptops, desktops and mobile devices. I am happy that I did it.
