This course is very well made and as an Tech Support myself I still found some interesting new things here. I believe everyone should finish a couse like this, even if they don't want to work in IT.

I enjoyed this first course of Technical Support Fundamentals. The online labs took a few tries to get going but overall not too bad. I am looking forward to learning more as the lessons progress.

Being able to set up, install and troubleshoot and use a computer is a valuable tool. This course teaches that and more. The instructors were very knowledable and communicated the information well..

I've been doing this for a couple of weeks now and love it. I'm still at the part where I know a lot of what is being taught but looking forward to getting to the things I am interested in learning.
