Concise and to the point, the videos and tasks being broken up into single smaller task made it easier to not get overwhelmed by the workload. Lots of important information I'm glad I now know.

I improved my technical knowledge in different areas of technology, I understood the best customer service practices, I acquired skills to create my resume and new ways to face a job interview.

This is a very user friendly course. The instructors went at a good pace and I was able to learn a lot! I really like online courses, it allows me to pause when needed or go back when needed.

This course changed my way of approaching situations, after taking this course, I now think from a customers point of view and try to be calm in tough situations. Thank you Google and Coursera.

Course 1 was very helpful in laying out the foundation of the program and the fundamentals of IT. I suggest adding more visuals into lessons. Each of the presenters have done a wonderful job.

This course was well laid out. Although I felt that I was familiar with many of the topics, the comprehensive outline made for a deeper understanding. I'm excited to continue in my learning!

Great learning tool. Had good, informative videos and challenging quizzes. Had some trouble with two Qwicklab labs, but after a few days they fixed the issue and I was able to finish my course.
