Google's Technical Support Fundamentals course provides a concise and straightforward learning experience. An enjoyable learning experience, that I have been recommending to friends and family.

I felt very comfortable in this course. Some of the things I knew but other areas presented were a great start for someone just entering. I am excited to be moving forward to the second course.

Great as a refresher if you already know a lot of the content, and definitely great for beginners!

Beginner Friendly

This course is very good for beginners who don't know anything about IT.

It's a very good start if you want to dive into the field of IT support or any computer related field.

Testing my patience and problem solving! I completed the labs, but only one is registering, took 4-5 tries to figure out how to get the windows to launch and complete. I love the course though.

This course was challenging, but finishing gave me such a sense of satisfaction. I can accomplish difficult endeavors. I don't feel like I am coming into the tech world without paying my dues.

To be honest, it's a really amazing course. I learned many skills such as troubleshooting, custormer service, detail infromation of computer parts and how to set up a computer from scrach etc.

if you have interest in technology and want a low cost low risk basic understanding of the industry and have no college background try this out I am impressed with this course and it was fun !

Google Technical Support Fundamentals is an amazing course I will recommend to anyone who wants to enter into the IT field or upgrade themselves.

Very good thoughtful, structured content about important topics In laboratory work, it should be noted that strict instructions must be followed so that no programs are opened unnecessarily.

I went at my pace and was able to go back to review things I may have forgotten or were confused about. The way Coursera structures the courses are great for a full-time worker and family man.

The course was quite comprehensive and covered a lot of foundational IT skills with excellent instructors and good test questions. The labs and supplemental readings were on point. Keep it up.

This was a great course that not only explains the basic components of a computer. It also incorporates the necessities for great customer service. The two concepts really do go hand in hand.
