It was good, there was some tiny details that were out of date but over all that won't change that this is a great course and quite literally a fundamental in getting a foot in the door.

I appreciated learning the history of how malware (and antimalware) developed. I had heard many of the news stories from a high-level view but did not have a nuanced understanding of it.

Great introduction to this certificate. Learned lots in the process. Most of my computing knowledge is self-taught so it was nice to have a the fundamental basics taught more formally.

I learned a great deal in this course. Please review the Quicklabs instructions especially for LINUX and connecting to the VM. The connection instructions seem like they are outdated.

This course was a great overview of the IT world. I enjoyed the assessments where I was able to login to the VM and complete tasks. The instructor videos for each week were helpful too.

An excellent fundamentals primer for those new to customer service and IT technical support. For those already in the industry, it's a good refresher of concepts we use on a daily basis.
