Excellent - a lot of info presented in an easy to follow format, with plenty of chances to learn not only the material, but learn if I am a good candidate for this type of work.

I love how they breakdown something that might seem complicated at a 1st look. I´m very satisfied with the course and Ipm willing to continue my studies with Coursera and Google.

Great course that I found well narrated and in simple English, not overly technical so that anyone could understand - even those who have a hard time with and understanding tech.

It was very good I liked the idea of the Dialogue underneath the video definitely helped with note taking. I have a better understanding of what happens "behind the screens" now.

This course compiled a ton of information that kept me on my toes to wanting to know more and provided me a greater knowledge of the IT world that I've always been curious about.

I think that this course should be taught in grade schools everywhere. This course is full of so much beneficial information to anyone who has or uses a computer or the internet.

As I'm a computer engineer student, I know most of the course, but I thought it was very thorough, perfectly explained and in general a great course. I would highly recommend it.

A pretty good course for learning Tech Support Fundamentals. Many things to learn for someone just getting into it. I really liked the part about the importance of communication.

So far I have enjoyed the videos. I was afraid that they might be boring and not hold my attention, but they were the complete opposite! I can't wait to move forward with this.

For those people who are very new to IT and may know very little about IT support. I recommend this course. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with IT and its fundamentals.

Broken down into such easily understandable bytes (insert eye roll) of information for the newbie and not tech savvy to grasp, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, makes me believe I can do this!
