I really like the short videos which kept me engage. Having someone explain and teach the course who are actually in the industry made it even more engaging and trustworthy.

Interesting stuff. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable applying for a job as an IT support technician after this course alone, but I think it'll be good for what I want it for.

The concepts are very clear to understand than our institution instructors's talks. That was a great course to understand about pc, internet, etc and how they work very well.

Very information and easy to follow. The only downfall I had was trying to run mobile and respond to the discussions, I'd receive an error. Can't wait to finish the course!

This course covered all of the fundamentals that I've seen in the field. It was a good overview of the subjects that need to be studied in order to succeed in an IT position.
