This is a fantastic course if you are looking to get into the IT field. I've many things, skills such as RDP and often I learned in detailed more about everyday items I use.

I really enjoyed these modules and pacing is great for dropping in and out as time allows, you don't have to block off 2 hours of your time in order to get the full benefit.

Great course for understanding the fundamentals to IT support and basics about computers. This includes everything from hardware, software, and even tech support techniques.

Very clear an easy to understand. Some of the content in Week 2 had too many analogies. I think being more straight forward would've been more beneficial for those lessons.
