This course is definitely like the definition of the computer and the introduction of the IT field. The way content is designed and the way it's delivered is awesome.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and am looking forward to the next course out of the series. I was able to learn a lot throughout the Technical Support Fundamentals.

I've enjoyed this class. The information was clear, concise and presented in a very practical way. I definitely have a great foundation to persue new opportunites.

The people teaching these courses are good at what they do and helpful. They are clear when they speak which is verey important as this is not a face to face class.

This course is well organized, written, and illustrated with experts in the field. I am much more comfortable with the subject matter and am encouraged to learn more.

Even though I was grew up with all sorts of technology, this introductory course has been paramount in reigniting my interests and making the basics a lot less scary.

Very basic intro. The modules are engaging and the videos are very educational. Great way to start to figure out if you are truly interested in IT and related fields.
