This course has helped me to have a better understanding of what IT support is truly like. From the terms the quizzes and practice labs that we have had and so forth.

Great course content. Had major issues with qwik labs that slowed down my progress. Took a while for google to fix it. Lost a week worth of work but its finally dope.
