This was a good refresher of the basic of Technical Support. It was simple precise, easy to understand, and hands on with lecture notes. I would highly reccomend.

It was very helpful for everyone to learn about the process in IT support especially for a new comers this one is very helpfull and also for a experienced peoples.

I do many stuffs without knowing I'm doing them right and wrong but this course has just taught me to be more open minded whenever I do those stuffs the next time.

Basic introduction to what IT support is? All instructors were very specific and guidelines were given in a very simple language, easy to understand and implement.

very good course. little confusing when i got to module 3 when it told me to open a new program but didnt tell me how to access it. but figured it out in the end.
