In one word Fantastic course, really loved the hands on labs on cloud with practical knowledge base links helped to gain in depth understanding on basics.

Very good course. Teaches fundamentals for how computer works using binary systems, building a computer, networking and customer support responsibilities.

Great course to get started to know about computers and how they work. Understand how internet works and a small introduction to the job as an IT support.

Great course if you are starting on the IT world! Some concepts are basics, but there are lots of cool things that I didn't know about and I learned here.

The course is relatively easy if you already know the basics and have a background of IT, I haven't tried other courses yet but I'm looking forward to it

A very informative certificate course. It covers all the basics you need to begin. If you have been in the field for awhile, it may be too simple though.
