This course was to informative to cover about IT Support. It is encouraging audience and help them to find their interest area In IT.

This course is very useful and very knowledgeable, since you cannot go to universities and give more time to learn about IT Support .

So good as a no prior experience in IT I understand the concepts and technicalities thru the great instructors of this course! Kudos!

My only complaint about this course is I wish there was a vocabulary section that had all the acronyms listed out for easy reference.
