This is a good course to explore the basics of all operating systems and necessary technical support duties.

You really do dive in the fundamentals and even if you know the subjects. It never hurts to have a refresher.

Very good introduction to IT. It was mostly a refresher for me but I enjoyed it and I liked the format a lot.

I don't know why my assignments and quizzes say that I started them when in fact I completed and passed them.
