it has a very good fundamentals to learn, but you need to dig deep to really learn about this world of IT

This was a very detailed easy course to follow and the lessons taught are the fundamentals of IT support.

Amazing step by step for Beginner to learn or relearn again for those are familiar in a different lenses.

I found it very easy to learn from the videos, I loved the getting to the quiz at the end of the lessons.
