This course was extremely helpful in getting started with my IT career. I enjoyed the instructors, they all had very pleasant personalities, were insightful as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend this course for anyone looking to start a career in IT Support.

A well organized introduction to the Fundamentals of IT. I started in a different program that was really hard to follow. I'm so glad I ended up here with the brains from Google and the way they organized the material for maximum digestion. I recommend this course.

I learned a lot during this course on the fundamentals. Having a lifestyle background with computers really helped me complete this course. While I learned a lot, I knew a lot of the information as well. I expect that the other modules will go into further detail.

I'm super grateful for an opportunity like this. This beginner's course was fairly basic, but there were tidbits of information that I did not previously know sprinkled throughout, and I am looking forward to the more advanced content in the later courses to come.

Engaging and relatable presenters who spoke with common sense and provided step-by-step outlines for each topic. Some of the qwiklabs were tricky, but gave me a sense of accomplishment when I finished navigating each one. Looking forward to taking the next course!

This is a very good introductory course into IT and tech in general. I am coming from the field of urban design. Though I knew a bit about different computer components and how they work, I feel this was a great first step into transitioning into a career in tech.

I really learned a lot and felt discouraged at first because I'm not the smartest person but after doing majority of the tests after each lesson I was surprised I had passing grades and over for majority of them. I am eagered to learn more and complete this course
