This course made you feel that you can have a career in IT with the right mixture of videos, reading and virtual labs. The fundamentals in IT support is really needed for someone to get their foot through the door in an entry level position.

What an amazing experience I had throughout the course. You guys are always pushing the boundaries in tech, and now I can say "Even teaching skill Google is good at".

I really enjoyed this course. It filled in missing information on some things I'm already doing and gave me a broader understanding of internet processes and networking as well as a peek into some programs that are new to me such as Linux.

I enjoyed learning the fundamentals of IT support and how they could assist me in my future endeavors as a support specialist. I could also use those skills with my current role as a cable tech as they do pertain the the IT field as a whole!

I recommend everyone who want to pursue a career in IT to go through this course. Well taught and a good start for the PRO Certificate. Thanks a lot to all the instructors for sharing their experiences and teaching us the valuable concepts:)

I knew very little about computer fundamentals, but this course was great! I was able to teach myself the basics of binary, which I don't think I had ever been introduced to in my life! I can honestly say I'm pretty hooked on these courses!

I worked through the material very quickly, because I have plenty of time on my hands right now, but I think I got a good understanding of the fundamentals. I liked the format, and the speakers gave me confidence in their abilities and mine.

It was great to learn new things about computers and the possibilities in the world of IT. I struggled a few times because of the technicalities and complex scenarios and I finally managed to turn things around by my passion and dedication.

Great and lively content. It provided us with the basics of IT support in an organized, consistent, understandable and simplified manner. I was very happy with the translation of the content into multiple languages. This is good, thank you.

Great course that will prepare you for the A+. I got my A+ before taking this course and if I could do it over again...I'd certainly have taken this course first! I would've gotten so much more out of my A+ education had I taken this prior.

Everything seem to be very well broken down to a very basic level of understanding. I really like having the labs to where we can perform hands on training and not just a step by step learning process. I excited to start my journey into IT.

Everything is very well explained. Having the transcripts to the videos helps since I like to read and review the material after watching the video. The quizzes focus on important points and the organization builds on each skilled learned.

Even though I would rate myself an intermediate user of computers and general IT knowledge, this course made understanding the points that I didn't fully grasp, easily understandable! Can't wait for the next course I take through Coursera!

this would be better for someone with no computer background than it was for me. i still picked up a few things i didn't know before and enjoyed the experience. i will continue through the other courses and look forward to more challenge.

The is a must do course! I recommend it to everyone whose goal is to step into the IT support world. The lectures and the approach taken by the instructions in teaching is very outstanding even to someone who learning IT for the first time.

I really enjoyed the various instructors and all their individual perspectives. I also appreciated all of the 'hands-on' practice opportunities using quicklabs. That was the one part that was a bit scary for me but ended up being just fine.

that was very good course for me, i get more new things from this and i am 1005% sure if we follow these kind of courses it will help and train us more and more.
