It was pretty straight -forward and engaging. I would have loved it if the explanation on how to calculate the transfer of megabit per second was broken down further and if the example used used gigabyte which is larger than megabyte.

I've had an amazing experience learning all there is to know about IT Support. I believe that I have gained the ability to solve problems that I once struggled with and learned more about other things that could be potential problems.

I like this course, especially in the remote lab section, and especially at the end of the course we are given material about soft skills and how to deal with customers, so it is quite complete from a technical and non-technical side.

I think this didn't feel like a total course but It was more like an introduction to the further important courses that I must cover in this Specialization, I learned a lot but not deeply but I got my facts right about the technology.

This first course had lots of content to go through but it's worth it. If you a raw beginner or an amateur that dabbles into computer troubleshooting, then I say this is something you might want to continue with step-by-step-by-step.

This course has a lot of cool stuff in it like online labs that show you how to do some of the things you are going to do in the real world of IT. However, it does not yet teach how to clone a drive with say Rescuezilla or Clonzilla.
