I started as a novice, not sure if I would understand any of this. I am so happy that I finished this course and have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of IT Support. I truly can't wait until I start using this.

Once I started I am very excited to learn from this course. Now that I've done... it is overwhelming and I am confident that Fundamentals in computers are now easy for me. I could handle computer manipulation by myself.

I like practically everything about the course. Information is giving in 2 min to 10 min videos which make things easier to digest. Before you know you took notes in an hour and you feel confident to answer the quizzes.

This courrse is aweosme. it just increased my interest in IT industry and due to this course i'm goin deeper in IT sector.

I think the hands on tools used here were the most useful for someone who is not initially tech savy like myself. I highly recommend getting as much practice as possible, to get comfortable with the programs being used.

The videos are very easy to watch, and do a great job interacting with the learner and presenting important information! The labs and quizzes do a great job making sure the learner is understanding what is being taught!

Lots of foundational knowledge, was a good review. Pro tip-the grades for the labs take about an hour or so to update, so if you complete them and it still shows incomplete, wait before you open a ticket or retake them.

Excellent introductory course! After six years in technical support, I found plenty of gaps in my own troubleshooting acumen this course kindly uncovered and smoothed out. Definitely looking forward to the next courses!

This course was very interesting and thorough with teaching all of the material. This course is perfect for people of all levels who are either learning for the first time, or just looking for a refresher on the basics.

awesome really enjoyed it , even though i have an experience in it , it was a good revision for me , it's also motivating and helps in stuff that are not technical and changes the way of thinking to be more productive.

this course really helps someone to be placed on the right track to a degree. just because you help family and friends does not really put you in a field to communicate with unknown persons and to earn real good money.

Very well taught! If you make more courses like this there would be more people in STEM our education system is failing some of us at producing STEM people. We all can learn, but all have different reates of learning.
