This course was really very helpful. From this course, I have learned the basics of IT (though I already knew some of the stuff), IT support. I'm really excited to take the next course, and learn morefrom that course.

This course has really given me the fundamentals to improve my skills in tech. I learned that I need a lot of learning to do but that I am enjoying the process. Highly recommend taking part of this course with Google.

This very basic foundation of IT support is a must for everyone who want to dig deeper in their IT knowledge. This course covers everything you need to know about computer even for you who is alienated with computers.

Great introduction to IT. Covers all the basics to use the course, and basic needed knowledge including how to use a computer, and basics of binary numbers. No prior knowledge in electronics needed to take this class.

The instructors were very knowlegable and interesting. They made the technical aspects of the course easy to understand and personable. Great Job and I am looking forward to taking more courses with Coursera! Daniel

I have background in a lot of the topics so I felt it was too simplified but stepping back and considering this being for someone with zero prior knowledge it is a very good foundation for getting into tech subjects.

The course is put together very well and concepts are explained in easy to follow / easy to understand language that is not intimidating. I've loved my experience so far and looking forward to continuing to progress.

One of the best overview of IT fundamentals out there. Well made in concise manner from bottom up. Very enjoyable history of computer development. Seldom little mistakes proving that even Google guys are just humans.

This is good learning experience for those starting out in IT or trying gain more learning experience in computers. The course helped introduced me to assembling a computer and using virtual machine for the Qwiklabs.

This is probably the best introductory online course that I've ever taken. The teachers explained everything in a lucid manner and I sailed through without any issues. Looking forward to completing the entire course!
