I really enjoyed completing this course I loved the fact that it wasn't just about learning the material but I got a chance to get hands-on experience in some of the lessons. It was user friendly and straight forward

The course was put together really well. Instructor we very pleasant, and information was relevant to todays technology, unlike some other courses I've taken previously where they're using video from the early 2000's

I highly recommend this course, complete, easy learning and very good support material, interactive exercises and a very good environment that makes you want to continue learning. Besides the super interesting topic.

Really enjoyed this course. I was able to learn the basic of IT, the examples used by the instructors allowed me to really understand the concepts. Thank you and very excited to continue with the rest of the courses.

Love the way this course flows and that the user can move at his or her own pace. Having successful Google employees with diverse backgrounds and varying education levels teach the course makes every section fresh.

I loved this material, I had somewhat of a background on all of these topics beforehand, but this really touched on fundamentals (as stated in the title). You'll really dive into the IT role with this initial course.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course was excellent! I really enjoyed taking it, and everything went really smooth. Getting the certificate at the end, and being able to add it to my LinkedIn was very satisfying.

Well laid out and comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of IT support. Modules were clear, in short, easily digestible chunks. I look forward to more content with the same well-developed learning structure.

Very informative to those who are new to technology. Certainly written for beginners. This would be a great learning resource even if you don't plan to complete the entire Google IT Support Professional Certificate.

The course is created for people who are new to IT courses. The course is organized in very simple , easy to understand. I got to learned so many new things.

Great course... a lot of things i already learned in a general way but it's always nice to get knee deep in basic concepts to fully understand everything in the IT world, specially things we always take for granted.

Super well put together, favorite feature is ability to pause so I can take notes at my own speed so it'll stick for the long run, also giving me something I can confidently refer back on if I ever need a refresher.

This course was very helpful as an introductory course to not only the world of IT, but the world of computers and technology in general. The course instructors were relatable and the content was easy to comprehend.

It's too good. An excellent introductory course. The all-around material was well presented, the instructors are doing a great job passing on their knowledge. The weekly assignments were interesting and fun to take.

Excellent overview and introduction into the Mary parts of IT. This was exactly what I was looking for and would recommend it to anyone looking to get a surface level understanding of the big picture of IT systems.

Super informative and easy to use! Doing it at my own pace allowed me to finish it quickly and take all the notes I need. It's a very well-built and surprising user friendly system to use for this type of schooling.
