This is a great beginners dive into the fundamentals of computer hardware, software, networking and help desk support. It was well paced and provided great assessments to test your knowledge of the subject matter.

I am deeply grateful to all my facilitators during this course. It was worth every moment of my time, as I have a better understanding of the things that I do and how to effectively give great support to customers.

This is a very well put together course. The shorter-styled videos make learning this material similar to reading a Patterson novel. Before you know it, the video is over and you have learned something fundamental.

The first course of the certification with help you understand the building blocks of what is technology, how it works and the impact that it has on our daily lives. Excellent startup point for this certification.

This course is well organized, the videos are concise and informative, and the labs and quizzes are effective in determining whether you have learned the concepts or whether you should review portions of a lesson.

Great course if you are looking into the IT Field. Lots of great knowledge broken up into a manageable program. I lead a busy life and I was able to come and go as I was available and completed the course quickly.

They put this hard concepts in an easy way to motive people and not be afraid on technology as a fiel of uncompressible concepts if not simple and that if we put hard work and are consistent we can reach our goal.

This is a great introduction into the IT support realm. If you aren't familiar with what IT or technology in general, this is a great 1st step. The classes are easy to follow along with & they keep your attention.

A solid introduction to Information Technology. A good refresher if you have some experience. Well worth going through all modules because if you are experienced you can do quickly and still learn something new.
