For people who dont have IT background it really gives an understanding on how IT works and for people who are in the IT and lost their passion it can ignite their love for IT again and pursue their dreams in IT.

For someone who has a 4 year degree in an unrelated field, this was a solid intro into an industry I knew essentially nothing about. Definitely excited to continue on with the other courses in this certification.

This course was a great introduction, however I think if there were more specific examples within the videos it would help those who are just beginning in the world of IT to have a clearer understanding of terms.

The best part of this course was the way it connects with students and whoever who is watching these videos. All the instructors seemed super friendly and I felt as if I was taking this in an offline environment.

By the fact that it's a self-contained course that includes so many aspects of computer Maintainance through interviews to customer service, I find it very useful because you gain several skills at the same time.

I really enjoyed this course! You will learn alot and if you run into a topic that you've previously learned about but didn't quite understand...this course will break it down to you to so that you do understand.

It is a great course, especially for beginners in it or computer science it will give you an introduction to how the computer works underhood and learn about how the things which you use daily like internet work.

A very nice overview of basic concepts in IT. Even though I assembled a fair share of computers in my time, this course helped me to structure my knowledge, fill some blanks, and get to know the modern standards.
