This course is a must for those who have little to no experience with IT. Not only do you learn some of the lingo used in the IT field, but you get hands on experience through labs which is must for success.

It was a good introduction to the fundamentals of a computer. I did learn things that I didn't know. I really do like how the course is set up with bit sized information that you can digest at your own pace.

I loved it so much! Lots of hard topics were described with plain language that everyone could understand. Best part for me was the last one with the troubleshooting and soft skills. Thank you for the course!

Its really good to learning the basic things. But instructors are teaching very fast. they should go through little bit slow. So that Learner can easily follow along the course. But over all it was very cool.
