This course is the very initial steps towards a larger goal of becoming a great IT Support personnel. I find the coursework very helpful in providing the knowledge in the basics of IT Support Fundamentals.

I really enjoyed this module. It does a great job of explaining the basic concepts. It also gives beginners like myself the confidence to continue learning and does not overwhelm you with too much at once.

The course laid an excellent foundation across many of the critical elements of IT. The videos we just the right length and the instructors clearly have a passion for IT and passing their knowledge along.

This course was extensive, but didn't overwhelm me. I think some quizzes on the vocabulary being covered would be good -- I struggle with all the acronyms! I am looking forward to starting the next course.

The Intro to Soft Skills is worth the price of admission. It was great to learn how to assemble your own computer and how to log into different OS environments remotely. All the tools used seem up to date.
