I finally have a formal introduction to IT rather than just a hobby or passion. Best of all we are allowed to go at our own pace. This gives me a chance to review and absorb everything that I am learning.

Excellent breakdown of content into digestible bits! The quizzes are pretty low-stakes while also being barriers to make sure you understand content. Which is a pretty nice and non-stressful way to learn.

This module was extremely informative and challenging! It made me dig deep and focus. The material did not sync as well or as freely as I thought it should have. Definitely keep this module in the course.

A general overview but many of the small details we overlook when doing troubleshooting that point to bigger issues. Even with many years of Technical Support experience I still learned with each lesson.
