The course was easy to follow and showed me the necessary tools I need to pursue a careers in IT. Would recommend to someone who is interested in IT but isn't sure what IT is. Perfect "Crash Course".

I have learned a lot in this first course. I now realize that some of the things I had overlooked in the past even though I knew they are critical, I realize now that I need to pay attention to them.

The first course was beyond valuable in content and motivating. The different presenters had great insight into the IT field and the information offered is exciting and educational at the same time.

It was really great for me. I only have an Associates Degree in IT and that was 4 years ago because I stopped. Enrolling in this course refreshed everything that I learned before and even added more.

A very good overview of key elements of personal computers and networking in the age of the internet. Truly starts from the basics of the 1's and 0's of the binary world and how computers "compute".

As an IT specialist, I wanted to make sure I had the basics down. I was able to get through this course very quickly, but this course is really good at starting from scratch and building upon itself.

The course is very inforamtive and well-organized and it is presented in a good way suitable for the beginners. However, I did not like the quiz labs because they always make my screen stop working .

This is a broad overview of the I.T. Support job requirements taught by super-qualified and effective teachers from google. The course work is challenging but approachable. I'd recommend it highly.

A great high-level overview of Computer Networks and Networks. Paced just right, and plenty of good information. Not an in-depth course, but accessible to those wanting an introduction to networking.

Very effective course. It's drafted in such a way that everyone understands it quickly. Thanks to the mentors for such a marvelous effort. Keep rocking so the very best . Kudos for your efforts team.

This was fun. I thought parts of it got a little more detailed without providing underlying information or didn't get into enough information but I understand that this is the introduction to it all.

give you a good brief of IT fundamentals, though there are some parts that are not really beginner-friendly, I have to work with chat gpt to break down some of the things that was vaguely explained

It wasa nice refresher in my case; however, two of the tests were completely in Russian and the screen was clearly trying to have me install a hard drive into what is definitively a video card slot

This course is full of a lot of information. I wish there were even more practical projects to do. I love any opportunities for hands on application. I did find the network section very challenging.

I learned a lot of new things by taking this course. Although I am in the field of IT support for almost more than 9 years but didn't know the very basic things that have been taught in this course.

I like the teaching antics and most of all being able to learn from home. I enjoy what I learned in the first course and am looking forward to progress my learning skills in further courses to come.
