This is a course that has taught me more about computers and networks than any course I have taken in the past. I would recommend this course to friends or anyone looking to enter the I.T. field.

Wow, this course absolutly reminded me that this is where I need to be. This is my calling. I have never been more excited about the future of techonogly than I am now after completing Course 1.

Great course it really helped me in understanding the history of computers and how IT impacts everything we do in our daily life. I was able to hone in additional skills and for the I am grateful.

While I enjoyed the coursework, I felt like it was a bit too introductory for my current level of knowledge. It's hard to gauge that I would rather they give too much information than too little.

helped to brush up the fundamentals , every this is explained in simple language and even a person who was not interested in computer before can assemble a PC after learning finishing this course.

but I could not still have the certificate, looks completed but not in the completed bar, it is on the "in progress" bar. I did not understand. waiting for your response, thank you for the course.

This course was precise and concise. The additional reading gave more insight and it is a wonderful first step to IT.

I am more specialized in mobile communication tech but this relates similarly.

This course is incredibly enjoyable and easy to understand, if you are interested or want to start working in the IT industry, this course is a great way to understand the basics and fundamentals.

This is a great course for anyone either trying to merge into IT world with absolutely no IT background. Courses are detailed, but not to the point of exhaustion. Well developed and user friendly.

A comprehensive overview of the IT support field, without going too much into the details, but enough to get a good grasp of how everything is connected. It prepares you for a technical deep dive.

All content is easy to learn and understand. When demonstrating some IT processes, many good examples are given, which make it easier for the audience to understand the concept. Well done, Google.

I am elated to say that I have passed this course and I am really looking forward to continuing my education with other courses along these lines.

Very great experience and a very practical course oriented course as to get to not only know things but also to perform certain tasks through the grader assignments. Overall a really great course.
