Today I have learned many things on IT Support fundamentals. I thank Coursera and Google for giving such a great course to us students and I will continue to learn and complete other courses too!

Course provides a good overview of what's involved in being in the Technical Support Career filed.

Introduces one to all the different facets that it has and scenario's that might be encountered.

This has been an awesome course to learn the fundamentals for technical support. This course was put together nicely to touch on different areas and provided supplemental reading and information.

It was really a great experience that taught me a lot and made me much more passionate about learning technology. I really look forward to completing this specialization and start a career in IT.

This course was a very rewarding one for me. I learn't so much. I have always been curious about IT and now I have the opportunity to actually get my questions answered and develop a new skill.

I really love what I'm learning,but for some reason I can't get through my Qwiklab's in week's 3 & 5. Every thing else I pass. Other than that I like the IT Support Certificate course, Blair III.

This course was very fun and very easy I really suggest it. You do learn some cool stuff and It helps you get an idea of where you do your own personal research in becoming a great IT specialist!

Great entry point into IT. Learning the basics then working on top of of that is important. These foundations are important for anybody who wants to understand the core concepts that IT rests on.

It was a really good experience with Google IT Support professional Course. I am learning a lot of things from here and I believe that it will be more benefited to me accomplished my career goal.

Great content through the course, which I honestly I was going to a University and learned more through this course so far in a few weeks than I did going through two semesters at the University.

Good course on the technical support fundamentals. This course covers just enough to explain the objectives of support fundamental and what a technician can expect to be doing in a support role.

After 10 years of experience It was pretty impressive to go back to study and take this course. For the most part is an excellent resource and provide with the right tools for an enriched class.

This taught me how to built a PC, identify parts, learn what network and the internet is, how to get an IT job, and how I can help and support others having problems with technology and devices.
