More depth than I had originally expected. I would recommend anyone getting involved in Computer Science or Information Technology take this course to build a solid foundation of knowledge.

A well rounded introduction to the core skills in IT: from the basics and history of computing technology to the essential communication skills involved in being a people-first technologist.

This is an excellent course, teach by great professors and experience people. I loved the Technical Support Fundamentals and im eager to keep learning to become one of the best IT specialist

I was always interested in IT and after going through this course I am more clarified about the things and the way i can be into it supporting people as as tech guide and other fundamentals.

Mostly a refresher course for me, as I've grown up with computers my whole life. However, for those unfamiliar with computers, I feel this course is very simple and easy to learn the basics.

I really enjoyed it. It was engaging, challenging and rewarding. It was the perfect mix of the three. I look forward to my 3rd class with Coursera, to complete my Google IT certification.

The best online course I've taken in my life, I learned many new things, before this course, I didn't even know what IT Support specialist is, enrolling to this course is more than worth it!

Google courses always break down everything so it can be understood by the very basic beginner and this course is no different. It has the very basics and goes quite deep in customer service

This is amazing. The hands on labs are great & better than i had expected. Even though i still weak with linux i know i'll gather the necessary skills to make it in the field with this help.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was a great refresher for the CS classes I took in college. It was also wonderful learning new information. I’m looking forward to the following courses.

Great course, very informational. Google does a wonderful job explaining everything and preparing you for the IT world if you are new, or helping you understand more if you have experience.

It was really a very great eye opener in understanding and implementing the basis aspect of computer support skills . The labs were so interactive just like a real scenario problem solving .

Great fundamentals. There are a couple places where clarification could be used. Some things that are on the quiz were "briefly" touched on during the video material. Otherwise, great stuff!

In general the course I liked, the content is very interesting and very well explained.

On the other hand, I would have preferred to have included more illustrative and interactive material.

Its really good!! The videos and materials are very professional and well done. Time flew by to the point I was able to cover a good amount of the course this week and still have a day off:)

The course was easy to follow, and the labs and resources made learning the material easy and effective. I will definitely be taking more Google IT certification courses in the near future.

Recommend to do but, IT DID NOT TAKE MONTHS LIKE IT SAID IT WOULD IF I DID 1 HOUR A DAY!! It lied to me D: (It's fun though definite must do if you have so much time to waste on your hands)

I've been used to the traditional method of learning, didn't think I could pull this off considering it's a field I'm entirely new to, but, the lectures were concise and easy to understand.

The course was very informative, and what I liked the most was that the instructors explained the topic in simple language so that even non-native speakers could understand it.
