It's a great course to start with. It covers all the basics one could need to persue his or her IT support career. Despite it could be taken as to deal with day to day basic tech problems.

The instructions for Linux users could be a little bit better - however the courses overall are brilliant at turning beginners into IT proficient individuals looking to work at a helpdesk.

very helpful, the only part of the course i didn't like was the virtual computer assembly, had i not done it before i would have been confused, it was also difficult to tell what was what.

Great course. It provides all the basics for a layperson. This course should be included in all undergraduate courses in any university, be it engineering, science, medicine, biology, etc.

The process was easy to follow, informative and quick to finish. The practice quizzes kept me engaged but I do feel there should be more in video question to help retain more information.

This course is all about fundamentals. Every topics came with good examples and the exams were pretty fun too. Most important of all I never got bored in this course. This was a fun ride.

Awesome course, I think it's extremely well structured and fun, I learned a lot! It took me 8 days to complete the course studying about 6 hours a day. I took plenty notes on each lesson.

Easy to follow but very informative at the same time. The hardware section was great but i do wish there was a bit more information in the software and networking areas. Great course tho!
