The Course is nice designed and very useful for the one who is new to IT and want the detailed and broad knowledge. It also has a handons assignment which is really the best part of it.

The course was very informative. I learned new terms and implemented some of the skills while studying and will be implementing the skills in my day to day IT Support Specialist career.

This course was AMAZING. It taught me the fundamentals of troubleshooting, how a computer operates internally, the history of computers, and all of the endless uses of technology today.
