The course is a great introduction into the world of IT. Technical Support Fundamentals provides basic knowledge of how computers are assembled, how they work and exchange information.

Definitely learned a lot of new content taking in consideration that I am completely new to the IT world. Learned new terms, actions, and solutions that I can apply into the real world.

This introduction to IT support is full of educational and intriguing content. I loved learning new things along the way and this course has sparked my passion to pursue a career in IT.

I knew some of the topics that this course talked about. But there were things that I didn't know. And I am glad I am taking this course to learn more and follow something I want to do.

Was pretty good for someone that has had no education on the subject but I assume these topics must go much deeper because I still have alot of things to learn and unanswered questions.

All the content were so amazing and he delivery was on point, making it easy to understand. The practical sessions were also very great in helping to understand what was being taught.
