If you have no knowledge of IT, this is a great first step. If you have some to a lot of knowledge, you can still learn something you may have forgotten or pick up on something useful.

Well very motivational introductory course. It gives you a spoon of reality and even if it's a little quick you end learning a lot on both basics and intermediate IT supports functions
