Fundamentos do Suporte Técnico, curso bem estruturado e não cansativo. O formato de fazer atividades no fim de cada módulo fixa bastante o conhecimento adquirido ao longo dos módulos.

Materials are easy to use and understand. Really opened up my thinking regarding IT. Worth the money and time. On point presenters and with case study background. I am very satisfied.

its is a great starting point for those new to the area. However if you have a decent amount of computer know how and build you own computers this will feel a little to easy for you.

It was a fantastic course that helped me learn not only the inside of a computer, but also walked me through the how every computer is linked to one another and how everything works.

Excellent course and well paced. I personally would add a dictionary of terms learned so far at the end as that's usually one of my weaker learning points but I get the general ideas.

I definitely gained alot of knowledge and i am excitd to learn more on this journey. Very easy to access this course and i did most of it through my iphone since im always on the go.

Learned so much that I didn't even know and I was able to understand the courses. I would say take notes they will with the quizzes and graded tests at the end of the different weeks.

Great introduction to the world of IT, coming from someone who has knowledge in a few areas, such as building computers/maintenance but not enough to round of the general information.

I received fundamental knowledge about IT, troubleshooting theory, customer service, and preparation for interviews. I really enjoyed this module and decided to finished this program.
