This is a great fundamental course to IT Support. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else interesting in getting into the IT support industry. I only wish I had done it sooner.

This course has been challenging, but very informative! The instructors do an excellent job of communicating difficult concepts and making them accessible for those who want to learn.

I really enjoy the fundamental program it's knowledgeable and easy to learn if determine. i also learn a lot in this program i appreciate google and coursera for creating this course.

Most of this information was a review of items that I already knew, but it was a great way to get a feel for how the course is ran and what to expect in the weeks and lessons to come.

This is a great course for someone just starting out or someone who just wants to hold a basic knowledge of how computers and the internet of things operate and how to maintain them.

This really helped fill in the gaps in my understanding of IT and my use of it. Really pleased that I took this course since I have learned a lot more. My level of IT is progressing.

Even if you're not interested in working in IT, I feel like everyone should take this course just to get a basic understanding of computers and to become a more fluent computer user.
