This course really teach me a lot about the fundamentals of the technical support, a very good way to learn software, hardware, newtork and security. I really recomend this course!

This was a great overview of the fundamentals. I wish it would of dug a little deeper into the hardware side. I notice when it comes to comptia tests, I'm lacking on the hardware.
