A fantastic course that gets to the core fundamentals of IT showing it's complexities, but also breaking down that complexity into something that is easy for the learner to digest.

This course covered a lot as it relates to fundamentals and I really like how they also helped you to prepare for the interview process. Very good course overall, would recommend!

Loved it, however the lab tests were a bit of a pain to submit as it wasn't clear if I got the lab exercise submitted to Coursera or not. I feel it's a nice intro to the IT world.

I wish i wouldve taken this course before my Fundamentals of Netoworking class back during undergrad. This really explained everything in a much more easier and understanding way.

Good refresher for those who want to be recertified, or their institutions have lost their certs by deleting all alumni emails. I Finished this in 5 days out of sheer irritation.

The first course really helped me pass get a refresher in the basics or fundamentals of IT. The solidification of that knowledge only strengthened the foundation of my IT career.

I loved this course! It taught me so much stuff and walked me through what I didn't know. It also gave me extra websites I can go to and further my knowledge on a certain subject.
