Well made and simple to understand, had previous experience and it was dead on. Great for beginners and a great refresher for people trying to get a cert for their resume or to expand their knowledge.

The course was well defined as it touched major IT sections. The customer service section was a tremendous section as i was exposed to skills and good customer service etiquettes.

This course was relatively straight forward. I was a little confused about how to get the labs done at first, but I just needed a little patience with loading the one lab is all.

Very professional well written course. Very introductory, you don't need to know anything about computers to start. This course is a good way to get your foot in the door to IT.
